Inspired by my father and step mother,  prominent bee keepers and award winning farmers, from Southern West Virginia.  My father and my step mother actively serve the local community and annually host a group of Fullbright students by sharing their honey, fresh fruits and veggies and regularly particpating to educate others.  They continiue to be an inspiration to myself and others throughout the year.  You will notice that I often put bees throughout my art work as a running theme and in dedication to my beloved parents and my beautiful home state of West Virginia.
